- Stepping into leadership: Participants will have a number of opportunities throughout the four days of the Basic Seminar to try the tools in “real world” situations. They will have an opportunity to review and debrief. What does it really mean to step into leadership?
- Goal setting: Pathways Seminars are intended to provide participants with the tools to create personal and professional success concluding with individual goal setting, creating concrete steps toward reaching that goal, and identifying the support needed to make the goals a reality.
