(Prerequisite - Advanced Seminar)
In the Advanced Seminar you earned your contract by declaring to yourself and your classmates your intentions for your life in such a genuine and dynamic way.
The Leadership Seminar is about making that declaration out in your world. It is 60 days of support in integrating your contract. It is standing up for what you believe in a bold and powerful manner. It is being seen as congruent–that what you feel and believe inside is what others get from you. It is about living your life big! It is about manifesting your greatness and making a significant difference in the lives of those you have the privilege to touch.
The Leadership Seminar also constitutes the prerequisite for group leading the Basic Seminar. This 3-month seminar is action packed and really teaches you skills in working with others in every area of your life. You learn to use your leadership style and skills to benefit yourself and those around you.
The following topics and concepts are covered in the seminar
- Develop a personal purpose statement in conjunction with your contract declaring how you will live your life
- Learning how to create and maintain a successful team
- How to create greater movement within yourself and those around you
- How to effectively deal with adversity, resistance and conflict
- How to create win/win agreements
- How to hold yourself and others accountable
- Leadership through being in service to others
- Inquiring and listening skills to discover the needs and desires of others to support them at a greater level
- Learn the necessary skills to group lead

Format
Lecture: |
Because of the participatory nature of the program, less than 10% of the time is spent in lecture format. |
Buddy Groups: |
During the first session you will choose your buddy group. These groups meet several times during each class and provide support between sessions. |
Large Group Exercises: |
These exercises have structured formats as well as informal discussions which have the participants interacting with one another. These exercises are conducted several times over the three sessions. |
Visualizations: |
This is an effective method to harness your energy and channel it into a productive, creative force. |

Tuition
The tuition for the Leadership Seminar is $495 USD (in Chicago) or $600 USD (in Canada).
A deposit of $100 USD is due upon receipt of your application.
Payment in full is due two weeks prior to the Seminar.
