Completion of the Advanced Seminar
In the Advanced Seminar you declared to yourself and your classmates your intentions for your life in such a genuine and dynamic way. The Leadership Seminar is about making that declaration out in your world. It is 60 days of support in standing up for what you believe in a bold and powerful manner. It is being seen as congruent–that what you feel and believe inside is what others get from you. It is about living your life big! It is about manifesting your greatness and making a significant difference in the lives of those you have the privilege to touch.
This 3-month seminar is action packed—really teaching you skills in working with others in every area of your life. You learn to use your leadership style and skills to benefit yourself and those around you.
The Leadership Seminar also constitutes the prerequisite for group leading the Basic Seminar.
Students learn skills to understand and develop their true leadership potential through a wide variety of educational methods including:
Lecture:
Because of the participatory nature of the program, less than 10% of the time is spent in lecture format.
Buddy Groups:
During the first session you will choose your buddy group. These groups meet several times during each class and provide support between sessions.

During the seminar you will:
- Develop a personal purpose statement in conjunction with your contract declaring how you will live your life
- Learn how to create and maintain a successful team
- Create greater movement within yourself and those around you
- Effectively deal with adversity, resistance and conflict
- Create win/win agreements
- Learn to hold yourself and others accountable
- Lead through being in service to others
- Learn inquiring and listening skills to discover the needs and desires of others to support them at a greater level
- Learn the necessary skills to group-lead
At the end of 60 days you will achieve:
- More pro-active control of your life
- A purpose and putting into action your mission
- Clear and powerful expression of your ideas and beliefs
- Further enhanced communication skills to create even greater support and teamwork in all areas of life
- A dynamic integration of the Basic and Advanced experiences
- How to effectively hold yourself and others accountable

Tuition
The tuition for the Leadership Seminar is $595 USD (in Chicago) or $695 USD (in New Jersey).
A $100.00 USD deposit is due at time of enrollment. If you are unable to attend the seminar for which you sign up, your non-refundable non-transferable seminar fee ($100 USD) will be lost, The remainder is transferable to another Leadership Training Seminar with no less than two (2) weeks notice prior to the start of the seminar.
You get $100 off if you sign up at the Advanced Seminar.
